As the summer arrives closer..

I have decided to try something different this year.

I’m going to be taking 2 different types of HGH (HGH is a type of hormone that stimulates growth, cell reproduction and regeneration in humans. It’s completely legal, and safe.

I read an interesting article that sparked my curiosity to trying these two products, Sytropin and Green Tea Pro.

What are the benefits of taking these products?

For Sytropin :

and Green Tea Pro:

So I just want to see if this stuff really works. These are the 2 products that I will try over the summer. Though I have NEVER tried taking supplements before, I figure to give this a shot and see what it’s all about.

I will be receiving them in the mail in about a couple of days.

Yes now!
You may be asking “How? What can I do right now to get started on my fitness journey?”
Baby steps. Take baby steps. You don’t have to make huge changes all at once. In fact, that’s how many people set themselves up for failure. Make small changes and stick to them. Each week make one small change: drink more water, drink less soda (yes even “diet” soda), think of a junk food you eat every so often, but not a lot, and cut it out of your intake. You won’t miss it much because you weren’t eating it much. Add more fruits and vegetables to your plate and fewer starches (less rice, potatoes etc.)
Again, you don’t have to do this all at once. just commit to one small change every week or so. And start NOW!
